World’s famous company of Semiconductors Hynix mentioned that the company has created its latest 32GB three bit per cell “X3” NAND flash memory. Its makers declare that this new totally new technology can easily translate in 30% more die for every wafer comparison to previous MLC flash which has two bits per cell technology.
