The common and very popular name in the field of electronics Samsung introduced IC for mobile TV application and sim cards having capacity to store big data it’s known as 90-nanometer smart card IC ‘S3CC9PF’.
This new 90-nanometer smart card IC ‘S3CC9PF’ uses 16-bit CalmRISC processor among 384KB ROM, 16.5KB RAMS and big storage of 288KB EEPROM and one chip support and accelerator processor is used in this IC for supporting symmetrical standards decryption/encryption and triple DES /DES and for asymmetrical standards encryption standard “RSA†and elliptic curve crypto “ECC†algorithm for preventing its users from hacking and forgery.
